An effort to promote green building in Marin County.

We worked closely with the Public Relations Team at the Marin Builders Assocation to create this spot. Green building in Marin County has grown substantially over the last few years. The goal of this commercial was to inform the community in and around Marin that the Marin Builders Assocation has Contractors and Suppliers who specialize in green building. When a Marin County resident is in search of a Green Builder or Supplier they should visit www.MarinBa.org.

As of recently a Green Building Committee has been formed at the Association in an effort to promote green building in Marin County. The Committee Members are as listed below:

The Marin Builders Association serves the constrcution industry by promoting high ethical and professional standards, providing quality services to their members, and working responsibly with the community for the enhancement of the building industry. The association recognizes its responsibility to the well being of the community and the environment.

 
If you watched the commercial above you can see that it consists mostly of still images and text. We were able to offer a budget friendly television spot. As a new client we wanted to be able to achieve a high quality commercial with a clear message for an introductory rate. The Association was able to ease their way into a television campaign as we kept the production costs to a minimum. We do hope to produce some high quality HD commercials for the Association in the future. This spot is currently airing on Local Comcast Channels. 

When creating the schedule with our Comcast Rep, our goal was to reach both contractors and homeowners. We feel we were able to do that by selecting a range of channels available on Comcast. The channels this commercial appears on range from Fox News to The Food Network, HGTV, Style Channel and others. The spots can also be seen during the Giants Baseball game as well as the Oakland A's Game.
